We invite all those interested in pursuing a leadership role with S.A.R.A.H. to read our Vision, Mission and Proclamation, as well as Agreement for Care and Caregiving to make sure our foundational principles work for you. We can attribute nearly 19 years of resilience on having cultivated this culture along with our Leading Core Values of compassion, collaboration, hospitality, care, trust, community, generosity and love.

Ambassadors are the dream team of SARAH. They are actively engaged and representing S.A.R.A.H. in their communities and networks. Our Ambassadors are meeting bi-monthly and are actively contributing to S.A.R.A.H.'s overall growth by representing us to their own circles of influence. They operate individually and cohesively and have also created the S.A.R.A.H. Proclamation through a visioning process that was care-full and thought-full. All Executive, Board and Circle Conveners and Members are technically Ambassadors. Joining officially as an Ambassador means you are committed to promoting S.A.R.A.H., weaving relationships, building Congresses, or participating actively in our programs. Ambassadors are given access to their Tool Bag where tools are available to help them promote SARAH.

Action Circle Convener and Members are those who show up in the world to make it happen! This is where we play and manifest audacious, bold and impactful ideas that come from circle and/or other areas of leadership like our Ambassadors with fun and creativity to improve conditions for advance our goals and Vision statement. We work in circle so all voices are heard and all the fun is distributed. We also operate in Open Space, a model that insures all are thriving in their passions which promotes lasting, enduring solutions and excellence in programming. The programs are listed below in the Application.

The Global Circle of Wisdom are thought leaders and exemplary women in fields that we promote and strive to emulate. This is a council that requires only the level of energy one wishes to contribute, or none at all, yet allows us to show the world we are in our integrity when promoting their philosophies and models. We do not expect any time to be committed, however prayers and the wisdom they are already contributing to us is profound and so important for another 20 years of S.A.R.A.H. Executive Board of Directors is our accountability circle. We are a legal nonprofit 501c3 corporation and require a level of leadership that ensures we are operating in the highest standards with ultimate decision making responsibility.
