Our Vision Statement
Growing The Collective Power of Grassroots Women Through Collaboration and Action
That Is Restorative and Regenerative.
“The heart must be open, and once it is, information can flow without blockages,” she explains.“People have grief and scenarios in their lives that are unresolved. Those blockages have to be moved for creative energy to move through and be applied to an artistic picture or even an artistic policy.” Elder Barbara Brant

Welcome to the General Congress of Women
Honoring the 150th Anniversary of the Mother's Day Proclamation, the clarion call to convene a General Congress of Women, following the American Civil War, and the voice of the Suffragist movement that was well underway, we are proud to announce the launch of The General Congress of Women.
"In the name of womanhood and of humanity, I earnestly ask that a general congress of women, without limit of nationality, may be appointed and held at some place deemed most convenient, and at the earliest period consistent with its objects, to promote the alliance of the different nationalities, the amicable settlement of international questions, the great and general interests of peace.“
The Mother's Day Proclamation by Julia Ward Howe
Our initiative is simple.
Member Congresses join us in contributing to the collective voice of grassroots women, arguably one of the most impactful voices and power of change.
Each Congress is unique in it's vision and goals, yet shares some simple elements or nature, how we care for one another, how we hear one another, and with inclusion of all we impact and who impact us. Collectively, our voice has leverage for common issues and concern, and power in making regenerative change.
Utilizing methods of convening and organizing that are sacred and spiritually based, with the influence of the Beijing 12 Interrelated Critical Areas of Change and applying the compassionate protocol of care and caregiving, we believe the solutions to any of the world’s problems that you may be addressing can be accelerated.
Join us each month as we elevate each of the 12 Interrelated Critical Areas of Concern
through the lens of our interdependence.
